Christmas & New Year Office Hours

Our office will close at lunchtime on Christmas Eve and re-open on Monday 5th January 2026.

Support Over the Holiday Period

We will continue to monitor and respond to support tickets on:

  • 29th, 30th and 31st December

  • 2nd January

Looking Ahead to 2026

We are looking forward to working with both existing and new customers in 2026. We already have a number of improvements in the pipeline that will make Active Council websites even easier to use and provide a richer feature set to support councils and clerks in their day-to-day work.
